06/23/07 Delavan Lake sunny 70 degrees. Winds light and variable. H20 temp. 76 degrees. We had a lot of fun today with the father son/daughter outing. It was great to see a little sibling rivalry! The largemouth/smallmouth bite was great early. We ended up with around 40 lagremouth and smallmouth ranging between 14-20" caught on crawlers and leeches. We switched gears to fish pike later in the morning only rousting up three pike 30-31 1/2". We had quite a few follow ups reeling in panfish on the weedline, but the pike we ended up catching were in 17-24' of water. The pleasure boat traffic was out of control by 9 a.m. today, unbelievable!
