We ended up with a largemouth double header in the first few minutes on the water to find us searching for bass for the next hour or two. We found an underwater point on a defined weedline fishing 12-17' of water ending up with a mixed bag of bluegills/bass/crappies. 06/23/07 Geneva Lake sunny/clear 74 degrees. Winds calm. H20 temp. 73 degrees. We hit the artificial only bite which was quite the challenge with the boat traffic and high pressure system combination. We ended up with 3 bass caught on drop shots in the 8-10' range. We did see others doing well using crawlers and leeches. we still had a blast trying to grow "sea legs" and trying to stay above water with the traffic rollers.
