02/28/08 Delavan Lake clear 20 degrees. Wind WNW 10-15 mph. Ice on the main lake 12-14". Starting out early today we tried for walleyes at first light. We ended up marking 8 fish onthe Vexilar catching two fish. One at 12" and the other 14". A soon as the sun was up we switched gears to catch a few bluegills in Highlands Bay on the south west end of Delavan. We had our best luck catching fish on Rat Finkies with spikes.
