01/31/08 Delavan Lake clear 19 degrees. Winds NNE 5-10 mph. Ice 8-10". I had the chance to go fishing with local reporter Mike Heine from The Week. We did a story on ice fishing and why we do it. After our outing I think Mike had a new perspective on the "insane" sport of looking down an ice hole. We caught a few decent gills, but the northern pike were not actively biting today.
