07/30/07 Geneva Lake clear 82 degrees. Winds calm. H20 temp. at surface 77 degrees. Working the depths today at 35-38 feet produced some nice northern pike and smallmouth bass. Working a combination of lindy-rigged suckers/chubs/leeches we ended up with a nice mixed bag. When the bite slowed up a little we switched over to split shot rigs with crawlers and leeches catching suspended fish. Of course a few rock bass made their appearance today also. My clients the Condron's had a great stay at the Cove in Lake Geneva. It has worked out really well picking my clients up at the local municipal pier in Lake Geneva while staying in town on vacation. If you are looking for a great place to stay you can reach Pat at the Cove 262-249-9460 and Reddy Guide Service can pick you up dockside for your convienence.
