01/30/07 Delavan lake, clear and a cold 9 degrees. Winds northwest 5-10 mph. Barometric pressure 30.13R, the spiking pressure really has affected the bite. Ice 7 1/2". Had a slow morning with two flags, run and drops. Caught a handful of small gills. Went back out in the afternoon, caught around 30 crappies ranging 4-8", and 30 or 40 gills in the 6-8" range. All caught on jigs/plastic combos. Had around 5 flags, caught one 31" Northern the rest run and drops. Waited it out until 8:00 p.m. to see if I could score any walleyes, with no luck.
